This form of project offers an initial consultation, in which we will discuss the needs of the project and establish an initial functional layout. Based on the collected measurements and arrangements with the client, we create hyper-realistic interior visualizations with the possibility of introducing changes twice. This project also includes a shopping list with links to store websites, but does not offer detailed technical projections for contractors. Thanks to this project, you can see your vision, general layout and appearance of the interior
The most frequently recommended form of the project, which includes a conceptual design with full technical documentation. The technical documentation includes detailed technical drawings for contractors, including full electrical, water and sewage installation, wall changes, wall layouts, suspended ceilings, floor and tile layout, technical drawings of custom-made furniture, door placement, etc. The shopping list also includes calculations of materials such as tiles, panels, amount of paint, wall decorations, and others.
